Welcome to AI ID Photo Pro! Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the app. By downloading, installing, or using this app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using AI ID Photo Pro ("the App"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on iOS devices you own or control, solely for personal non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lend, or transfer the App or any part thereof
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or modify any copyright notices or other proprietary markings
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized activities
3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
AI ID Photo Pro offers multiple subscription plans to suit your needs. All subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Free Usage
Free users can process up to 3 photos per month. To continue using the app beyond this limit, you must upgrade to a paid subscription.
Free Trial
The yearly subscription offers a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged. After the trial ends, the subscription will automatically renew at the yearly price unless cancelled.
4. Payment and Billing
Payment Methods
All subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store. We support Apple Pay, credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Apple.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Refund Policy
Refund policy follows Apple App Store's refund policy. Users may request a refund through the App Store within a certain period after purchase. Refund processing is handled by Apple, and the app developer cannot directly process refunds. After a refund is issued, subscription services will immediately stop.
Price Changes
If prices change, we will notify users at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. Existing subscribers will continue at their current price until the change takes effect.
5. Subscription Management
How to Purchase
Click the "Pro" button in the app and select the subscription plan that suits you best. Payment is securely processed through Apple App Store.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- iOS/iPadOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Select ID Photo Pro → Cancel Subscription
- macOS: App Store → Account icon → Manage Subscriptions → Select ID Photo Pro → Cancel Subscription
How to Change Plans
You can switch to a different subscription plan at any time. The new plan will take effect after the current billing period ends.
How to Restore Purchase
Click the "Restore Purchase" button on the Paywall page. The app will automatically verify your purchase history.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all images and content you process using the App. We do not access, collect, or store your images without your consent.
You may not use the App to process or create:
- Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
- Obscene, pornographic, or inappropriate content
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Illegal or harmful content
7. Intellectual Property
AI ID Photo Pro and all related content, features, and designs are the property of AI ID Photo Pro Team and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Termination
If you violate these terms, we may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete all copies.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
