1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using AutoImg Pro ("the App"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on iOS devices you own or control, solely for personal non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lend, or transfer the App or any part thereof
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or modify any copyright notices or other proprietary markings
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized activities
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
In-App Purchases
AutoImg Pro offers in-app purchases and subscription services. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Important subscription information:
- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period
- If you purchase a subscription with a free trial, you will be charged at the time of purchase confirmation
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all images and content you process using the App. We do not access, collect, or store your images without your consent.
You may not use the App to process or create:
- Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
- Obscene, pornographic, or inappropriate content
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Illegal or harmful content
5. Intellectual Property
AutoImg Pro and all related content, features, and designs are the property of AutoImg Pro Team and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
8. Termination
If you violate these terms, we may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete all copies.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
